Inspired by the delicious flavours of the Gers region, our restaurant team prepares delicious cooking that pays homage to our region.
We buy our food from local producers to guarantee the freshness and quality of our dishes. All our dishes are home-made!
In the unique setting of the former abbey monks' farmhouse, the restaurant's authentic and warm atmosphere with its terracotta floor tiles, stone walls, beams and majestic fireplace; the terrace, in fine weather; the bar and the discreet and efficient service are just some of the ingredients that will make your gourmet moment a success.
The menu is regularly renewed according to the seasons and to accompany the dishes, our 100% South West cellar has some nice surprises in store...
